The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining strong client relationships and applying PMI-based methodologies.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDrive projects through idea generation, funnel intake, definition, and scoping phasesManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation across complex initiativesEnsure successful execution through defined performance metrics and KPIsServe as the single point of accountability and escalation for project successBuild strong relationships with clients, sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teamsProvide consultative guidance to customers, aligning solutions with business objectivesFacilitate project governance forums, including Steering Committee meetings and executive updatesApply and adapt PMI-based and customer-facing project methodologiesEstablish and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and documentationLead continuous improvement initiatives within the PMOEnsure consistent use of best practices across projects and programsDevelop and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive summariesMonitor and communicate project health metrics (e.g., schedule variance, budget adherence, KPIs)Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and deviationsFacilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to drive outcomesMaintain accurate project documentation, plans, and reporting artifactsTrack project financials, including effort, forecasting, and cost managementDrive change management processes and ensure alignment across stakeholdersPromote a culture of accountability, transparency, and delivery excellenceSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Digital Health or Healthcare ITProven experience managing large, complex projects in matrix organizationsExperience working in customer-facing, consulting-oriented rolesStrong expertise in PMI methodologies and project governance frameworksExcellent business acumen and strategic thinkingAdvanced proficiency in EPM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft ProjectExceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesMentor and coach team members on project management best practicesCollaborate across global, cross-functional teams and external partnersAct as a trusted advisor and PMO advocate across the organizationFoster a collaborative, high-performance team environmentAdvanced degree preferredCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirableFamiliarity with Patient Health Management and/or Big Data Analytics is preferredBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insurancePaid parking/public transportationPaid time offPaid sick and safe timeCommission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's planCommissions are based on individual performance and/or company performanceCompany OverviewSiemens Healthineers is a healthcare technology company that provides diagnostic and therapeutic products and services.
