This role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery of data and insights solutions within the Justice domain, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle implementation of Tyler Data & Insights solutions within the Justice domainâfrom scoping and kickoff through delivery, transition, and post-go-live reviewManage complex, multi-phase projects involving integrations with justice systems (e.g., RMS, CMS, eFile, CAD, or data exchanges)Translate business goals and operational outcomes into executable project plans, timelines, and measurable success criteriaDrive proactive risk identification and resolution, balancing scope, resources, and schedule to meet client and organizational objectivesEnsure consistent adherence to Tyler delivery standards, financial accountability, and documentation excellenceServe as the trusted liaison for Justice clients, building strong relationships across agencies, IT teams, and executive leadershipCommunicate clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complexity while maintaining precisionFacilitate alignment between Tyler delivery teams, client stakeholders, and partner vendors to ensure integrated successLead executive-level updates and retrospectives that reinforce transparency, accountability, and progress toward outcomesCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align project delivery with product evolution and best practicesFoster collaboration across Tyler divisions supporting Justice (Courts & Justice, Data & Insights, Digital Solutions)Influence continuous improvement by contributing to delivery playbooks, methodology updates, and lessons learnedParticipate in strategic Justice initiatives that strengthen client impact and internal operational excellenceContribute to process refinement and project management best practices that elevate the delivery standard enterprise-wideSupport development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and resource forecasts for upcoming Justice projectsProvide mentorship, guidance, and peer leadership to other Project Managers, modeling autonomy, accountability, and excellence in executionSkills8â10+ years of progressive experience managing complex, enterprise-level software implementation projectsProven success leading multi-phase, multi-stakeholder programsâpreferably in government, justice, or public sector data environmentsPMP certification (or equivalent) required; Agile or hybrid delivery experience preferredExpertise in project management methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to project context and client cultureExceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groupsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills, linking project delivery to tangible client outcomesDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously, make sound decisions within ambiguity, and drive forward momentum across complex programsExperience delivering data analytics, open data, or data integration projects within justice, courts, or law enforcement settingsFamiliarity with Tyler Technologies' Data & Insights or Justice solutions, or comparable SaaS/government software environmentsProven ability to lead through influence, navigate organizational change, and deliver under high-stakes conditionsCompany OverviewTyler Technologies is a software company providing integrated software and technology services to the public sector.
