They are seeking an Associate Partner in Data Advisory & Transformation to lead client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee enterprise data migration and governance initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn senior executive relationships across business, data, and technology leadership (e.g., CDO, CIO, CTO, Heads of Data, Analytics, and Platforms)Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise data migration, data quality, governance, and AI-enabled data transformationTranslate business and technology strategy into multi-year data migration and modernization roadmaps with measurable outcomesMaintain accountability for overall client satisfaction, delivery outcomes, and long-term value realizationDrive account growth through opportunity identification, deal shaping, and closing across data migration, data quality, and governance programsLead and support proposal development, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiationsManage revenue, margin, and delivery health across multiple concurrent engagementsProvide senior oversight across complex data migration and data foundation programs, including legacy-to-cloud and platform-to-platform transformationsValidate migration and architecture approaches spanning:Migration strategy and phased cutover approachesSource-to-target mapping and transformation designETL/ELT pipelines and orchestrationMetadata, lineage, and catalog-driven migrationGuide teams on AI-assisted data mapping and transformation, including:LLM/RAG-based discovery of source-system meaning and embedded business rulesAutomated migration acceleration through reusable patterns and AI enablementEnsure target-state platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) are scalable, secure, and production-readyOversee implementation of data quality, reconciliation, and validation frameworks for large-scale migrationsGuide teams on:Automated data quality rule generationAnomaly detection and reconciliationMetadata, lineage, and impact analysisEnsure adherence to data governance, privacy, security, and controls required for AI-ready enterprise dataAct as a senior escalation point for complex migration, data quality, governance, or regulatory decisionsEnsure delivery teams apply strong engineering discipline, DataOps practices, and lifecycle managementOversee integration of migrated data into downstream analytics, operational, and AI systemsEnsure consistent delivery quality across Data Migration Architects, Engineers, Analysts, and Governance LeadsLead, mentor, and develop Engagement Managers, Managing Consultants, and senior data leaders, including:Data Migration ArchitectsData Migration EngineersData Quality & Governance LeadsMetadata and Data Lineage ArchitectsContribute to talent strategy, including role definition, hiring profiles, and capability development for data migration and AI-enabled data consultingBuild repeatable delivery frameworks, accelerators, and IPRepresent Wayfinders externally in executive, architectural, and technical forumsShape and communicate points of view on:Enterprise data migration and modernizationMetadata- and lineage-driven transformationAI-assisted data quality and mappingContribute to development of reusable migration accelerators, tooling patterns, and technical IPSkills8 + years of experience in consulting or equivalent senior industry leadership rolesProven ownership of large-scale data migration and data foundation programs, including platform modernization, cloud migrations, and governance initiativesBachelor's degree required;
