Position Overview:
Location: Remote (Baltimore, MD area, with 80% travel)

Compensation: Competitive salary ($55,000 - $90,000 annually) with bonus plan and benefits
Job Summary:
Join our innovative team and make a meaningful impact on education! As a Project Manager & Customer Success Specialist, you will provide professional learning services and support to clients using McGraw Hill's math solutions, including Reveal Math Core Curriculum, ALEKS, and McGraw Hill Plus. You will develop strong relationships with educators and learners, helping to empower them with the tools and insights needed to achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with Baltimore City Public Schools and serve as primary liaison between the McGraw Hill Math Solutions team and clients
Collaborate with school and district leaders to develop implementation plans, provide professional learning support, and ensure timely launch and full-year implementation
Monitor program usage, analyze data, and coordinate with users to adjust classroom practices
Communicate regularly with school and district leadership to identify barriers, provide solutions, and respond to stakeholder needs
Coordinate district-wide initiatives, build internal capacity, and scale for student growth
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in K-12 math education, with understanding of standards mastery, personalized learning, and data-driven instruction
Experience as a building or district-level math coach highly desired
Bachelor's Degree required (Advanced degree in education, math, or educational technology preferred)
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with major operating systems, browsers, Zoom, Microsoft Office suite, and internet concepts required
