- Input customer and account data by transcribing information from source documents into digital formats
- Review and verify data accuracy, correcting any deficiencies or errors as necessary
- Research and gather information to complete incomplete documents
- Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Basic understanding of touch typing systems and database management tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk is a plus
