[Remote] Project Manager, Change Management

They are seeking a Project Manager to drive cultural transformation and facilitate organizational change as part of an upcoming restructuring. This role involves developing strategies, managing communications, and ensuring successful program execution.ResponsibilitiesDrive cultural transformation, establish governance, develop strategy, and facilitate business process and organizational change (distinct from traditional project management)Work directly to Federal Leadership (Director/Branch Chief) as well as coordinate with leadership across the agency to include both management and security operationsDevelop and implement transition management plans, manage communications for major initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and drive organizational transformation and culture changeDemonstrate and implement Project Management best practices in an IT Enterprise environment that reduce risks and improve service deliveryMonitor program execution to identify obstacles and deviations from the plan and take corrective action as neededPrioritize observability and measurements. Track progress towards meeting contractual and client expectations, and take corrective actions as neededEnforce a customer-centric outlook and encourage out-of-the-box thinking in introducing innovative solutionsConduct continuous risk assessment and management including developing measures to reduce risk in program executionEnsure timely communications across the program that include daily oral and written statusesAssist in the development of future strategic plans and associate program plans. Assist with integration of other supporting and adjacent strategies or strategic plansSkillsMust be eligible to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance (US Citizenship Required)4+ years of recent Program/Project Management and Change Management experienceMust possess experience and understanding of government contractingExperience supporting and engaging senior leaders and managing stakeholdersStrong and effective verbal and communication skillsExceptional leadership and organizational skillsRelevant experience in change management, organizational change management (OCM), Department of Defense (DOD), and program change is preferredThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter, demonstrate professionalism, and possess the ability to think innovativelyExperience in a federal environment such as the USDAPMP certification is strongly preferredProject Management experience in an IT Enterprise environment that includes performance, budgeting, risks, and maturityCompany OverviewCVP is an award-winning healthcare and next-gen technology firm that helps organizations achieve lasting transformation and build a healthier, safer, brighter future.
