This role is responsible for managing projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives while overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects or programs from concept through customer-ready launchDefine product and program requirements in partnership with stakeholders; incorporate market trends and business needs into planningDevelop and maintain project roadmaps, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource planning; proactively adjust schedules to meet goalsIdentify gaps in current products or programs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutionsEstablish and track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate project success, efficiency, and overall impactCommunicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful executionConduct feasibility analyses, gap assessments, and risk evaluations to validate scope, cost, and project viabilityLead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvementPartner with leadership to improve operational processes, minimize launch friction, and support scalable growthPerform additional duties as assigned within the scope and level of the roleSkillsBachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or related fieldThree (3) years of experience in program coordination, project management, or healthcare/nonprofit environmentsAbility to translate contract terms into operational workflows, resource requirements, and performance expectationsProficiency in database management, knowledge of project management tools, and the ability to learn new software applications as appropriateAdministrative support experience and participation in interdisciplinary and multi-institutional projectsPMP certification is a plusBenefitsCompensation – Our goal is to ensure you have a competitive base salary.
