They are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage projects, staff, and clients, oversee traffic and parking studies, and work with multi-disciplinary teams on various design tasks.ResponsibilitiesManage projects, staff and clientsOversee and prepare traffic/parking studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, and safety auditsAssist in the preparation specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projectsWork with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as work zone traffic, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, DOT access permitting, control plans and traffic signal operations analysisCoordinate with field inspection staff and serve as an on-site project representativeSkillsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExpert witness testimonyExperience with various Departments of Transportation design standardsKnowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD)Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteValid Driver's LicensePE, PTOE (desirable)Company OverviewTPD is a consulting engineering firm specializing in transportation engineering and related environmental and construction services.
