**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services.
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and engaging.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth for our clients.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- A willingness to learn and grow with our company, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**Requirements**

- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
- Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
- Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
- Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
