They are seeking a Project Manager to lead the modernization of claims processing by implementing and optimizing EDI workflows and improving automation throughout the claims lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution for claims processing and EDI initiativesCoordinate and manage multiple vendors, clearinghouses, and technical partnersOwn and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverablesServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external vendorsDrive adoption of automated, industry-standard billing and claims workflowsProvide recommendations on process improvements and vendor solutionsIdentify and manage dependencies across systems, vendors, and teamsEnsure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum throughout deliverySkillsProven experience managing projects involving EDI 837 transactionsDirect experience with claims processing, clearinghouses, and claims data flowsStrong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skillsAbility to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholdersExperience driving projects in third-party administration (TPA) or similar environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, make recommendations, and advance initiativesFamiliarity with Zoho CRM or Zoho's low-code environmentLight technical or coding backgroundExperience evaluating, onboarding, or replacing vendors to accelerate deliveryBackground in healthcare benefits, insurance, or related regulated industriesBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits401k with company matchingLife insuranceSick time if required by law in the worked-in state/localityCompany OverviewEliassen Group provides strategic consulting solutions for business, clinical, and IT sector.
