They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of software implementation projectsManage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budgetDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across all stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentationMonitor project progress, track key milestones, and measure performance using appropriate project management methodologies and toolsManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to minimize delivery impactsCommunicate project status, risks, and escalations to clients and leadership as requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate client meetings to gather requirements, clarify project objectives, and ensure successful executionAllocate resources effectively and delegate tasks based on team members’ skills, strengths, and experienceSkills4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environmentProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesExperience managing and influencing senior-level client relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business languageExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and risk management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectivelyExperience presenting project updates, recommendations, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiencesBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related fieldExperience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projectsPMP certificationExperience working within cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software implementation environmentsFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologiesCompany OverviewKeyData Cyber is a cybersecurity firm specializing in identity and access management services.
