[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves leading engineering projects from planning to completion while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day execution of food and dairy-related engineering projects from planning through completionManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communicationsCoordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and site teamsEnsure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standardsFacilitate communication between clients, technical teams, and operational stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and resource challengesSkillsExperience managing projects within food manufacturing, food processing, dairy, cheese, yogurt, ingredient production, or similar environmentsProject management and/or process engineering experience in industrial or plant-based operationsProven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationshipsComfortable working independently with minimal oversightStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWillingness to travel for onsite project activities as neededExperience with P&IDs, piping systems, 3D layouts, skids, stainless steel processing equipment, FAT/SAT, commissioning, or plant startup activitiesDairy or cheese processing project experienceMechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering degree (or equivalent industry experience)Company OverviewRobert Half provides staffing, recruiting, finance, and accounting services.
