They are seeking a Project Management Analyst to support telecommunications consulting projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and enhancing stakeholder communication for successful project execution.ResponsibilitiesSupport the lifecycle of telecommunications consulting projects, assisting with coordination and execution of key deliverablesHelp develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time completionCreate and maintain visual representations of project workflows and processes to enhance clarity and alignmentCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, legal counsel, and property management teams, to gather information and support project needsTrack and monitor project progress, documenting status, risks, and issues, and escalating as neededAssist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to contract terms, expiration dates, and compliance checkpointsSupport the creation of client-facing presentations and reportsContribute to the refinement of project management tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiencySupport cross-functional collaboration across internal teamsContribute to alignment with corporate objectives and strategic goals within the telecommunications spaceUphold company standards for professionalism, communication, and customer serviceSkills1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field, ideally in telecommunications or real estate consultingFamiliarity with project management tools, workflow visualization tools, and communication platformsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needsBenefitsCorporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability & Life insurance benefits.
