About the Role:

As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support via phone. You'll work closely with our members to address their financial needs, promote our products and services, and deliver a "WOW" experience that exceeds their expectations.

A Day in the Life:


Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, ensuring first-call resolution.
Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services to meet established goals.
Utilize strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills to diplomatically handle member issues.
Accurately process member transactions over the phone.
Ensure compliance with all required regulations, procedures, and policies.


Requirements:


High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT.
Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program.
