Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and communication across teams. In this fully remote and flexible role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely project delivery. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and communications between stakeholders
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and follow up on action items
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and status updates
• Communicate project status and updates to team members and leadership
• Support resource allocation and task management using project tools
• Identify and help resolve project risks, delays, or issues
• Ensure team members have the information and resources needed to complete their tasks

Requirements:
• Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and distraction-free home workspace

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile/Scrum experience)
• Experience coordinating across distributed or cross-functional teams
