**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
* Facilitating treatment by providing necessary solutions and information to members
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
