The Project Consultant, Patient Cloud role involves managing client relationships and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery, while applying project management principles to optimize outcomes in life sciences.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall relationship management of client accounts and day-to-day activitiesResponsible for ensuring that Medidata is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of Medidata resourcesCompetent in Medidata systems and processes, with working knowledge of Patient Cloud productsComplete standard project tasks without assistance, including but not limited to creation and maintenance of accurate and current study documentationManage a full portfolio of studies across various stages and complexities with a focus on delivery of the scope on time, within budget and with a high quality outcomeCollaborate with cross functional teams by providing Patient Cloud subject matter expertise and leading end to end project delivery of Patient Cloud productsLead internal/external meetings independently ensuring key project milestones remain on track and meeting minutes/action items are accurately capturedApply proven project management principles to proactively assess risk, develop and communicate mitigation strategy focusing on preserving quality to manage intermediate challenges and ensure timely resolutionsManagement of client expectations for Patient Cloud products and servicesCollaborate with the Professional Services Project Manager by helping to accurately forecast Patient Cloud specific Professional Services hours required for the duration of the studyRaise Patient Cloud specific work requests to other departments for tasks to be completed where appropriateConduct lessons learned meetings internally and externallyParticipates in internal initiatives to completion in support of team goalsInteract with new hires on team activities at same level or belowWork with Associate Project Manager to monitor delegated tasksAssure compliance with Medidata's standard project management methodologies and Medidata SOPsSkillsStrong understanding of clinical research (pharma, device and/or biotech sectors) and of Clinical Research SaaS technologyAble to demonstrate good verbal/written communication combined with some organizational skillsExperience in Client Services or a client facing role and able to demonstrate a customer first attitude through workExhibit time management skills combined with strong collaboration and team-building awarenessAble to support project teams, promote unity and teamworkSelf motivated and able to assume responsibility in a professional mannerAble to recognise achievements and provide constructive feedbackIs proficient in the use of all relevant Medidata internal systemsCan demonstrate some computing skills and has experience with MS Office suite and Google WorkspaceIs able to demonstrate presentation and soft skillsTravel expectations 10% - 20%, national / internationalValid driver's license requiredExperience working with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors4 -year college degree or equivalent (analytic discipline a plus) preferredExperience in managing project timelines and risk assessment would be advantageous1-3 years relevant experience in clinical/biomedical and/ or software developmentBenefitsMedical, dental, life and disability insurance401(k) matchingFlexible paid time off10 paid holidays per yearCompany OverviewDassault Systèmes is a catalyst for human progress.
