[Remote] Legal Operations Analyst, Global

They are seeking a highly motivated Legal Operations Analyst to help scale how their global Legal team delivers results by streamlining workflows, improving data visibility, and driving adoption of legal technology tools.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and continuously improve legal operations tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management, eBilling, knowledge repositories), including configuration support, user access management, and issue troubleshootingPartner with Legal stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and scale service delivery across the departmentSupport intake, triage, and request‑management processes, including routing, status tracking, and prioritization, to improve transparency and responsivenessDocument processes and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge‑base content to enable consistent execution and efficient onboardingBuild and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., KPIs, cycle times, throughput, backlog, quality metrics) to provide visibility into team performance and opportunities for improvementProvide day‑to‑day support to attorneys and business partners through training, office hours, and how‑to guidance, and drive adoption of standard tools and processesAssist with continuous improvement initiatives by tracking workstreams, documenting benefits, and sharing results and best practices across the global Legal teamReview and update contract metadata to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanlinessSkillsFamiliarity with, or strong curiosity about, legal operations and legal‑technology tools (including CLM platforms, eBilling systems, and emerging technologies such as AI)Working knowledge of common commercial contract concepts and the contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, and renewals, gained through legal operations, contract management, procurement, sales operations, paralegal support, or a related roleExperience implementing process improvements and/or automation initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gainsStrong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision‑makingExperience designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance and outcomesAbility to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to evolving business needsProficiency with Ironclad or other Contract Lifecycle Management tools, including workflow configuration and maintenanceExperience creating and maintaining process documentation such as SOPs and knowledge basesExperience conducting gap analyses to assess current capabilities against business objectives and recommend solutionsProject management skillsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageLife and AD&DShort and long-term disability coveragePaid time offEmployee assistanceParticipation in a 401k program that includes company matchMany other additional voluntary benefitsCompany OverviewVantage Data Centers designs and develops data center campuses to large cloud providers, AI enterprises, and other tech-driven businesses.
