[Remote] Program Manager, Lab Operations

This role involves cross-functional collaboration, maintaining program documentation, and supporting leadership with updates and risk management.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate cross-functional efforts related to Lab Operations initiativesServe as a central point of contact for updates, status tracking, and communication across departmentsMaintain and update program documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboardsSupport leadership with regular updates on progress, risks, and key milestonesIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in execution and proactively escalate or address themPartner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverablesAssist in developing and standardizing processes to support program scalabilityPrepare materials for leadership reviews, meetings, and program updatesSupport change management efforts by ensuring clear communication and documentation of updatesSkills3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, project support, or similar rolesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountabilityComfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet, dashboards, etc.)Ability to identify issues and proactively propose solutionsHighly collaborative and able to influence without direct authorityComfortable operating in ambiguity and helping bring structure to evolving programsStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on executionAbility to balance big-picture program goals with day-to-day operational detailsExperience in healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations is a plusBenefitsPaid time offHealthDentalVision401(k) savings plan with matchCompany OverviewAspen Dental is a provider of general dentistry services.
