This role involves providing consultative business relationship management services, facilitating organizational change, and collaborating with operational and clinical teams to ensure project success.ResponsibilitiesProviding client facing, consultative, business relationship management services to MUSCPartnering with executive leaders and stakeholders of highly complex and sensitive business and clinical domainsServing as their primary liaison to Information Solutions’ (IS) for program managementResponsible for workflow design, user education, informatics, and implementation throughout the product lifecycleClosely collaborates with all teams in IS and key stakeholders as needed for project successFacilitating organizational change across a complex, multi-site, statewide health systemWorking directly with both operational and clinical teamsIdentifying project championsDetermining key performance indicators and developing strategies to track and measure successResponsible for year‑round orchestration governance, prioritization, risk management, and submission readiness across these stakeholdersRequires an experienced professional with a solid understanding of change management principlesAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organizationSkillsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in health information systems, Information Technology, project management, informatics, analytics, system education, business administration, or similar fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExcellent project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects on time and on budgetExperience developing training programs and resources to encourage the adoption of new systems and processesAbility to analyze data and present findings to senior management in a clear and concise mannerStrong multitasking and time management skillsAbility to work independently, taking initiative and driving projects forwardEPIC experienced requiredCompany OverviewThe Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is a public institution of higher learning the purpose of which is to preserve and optimize human life in South Carolina and beyond.
