**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various departments, both internal and external, to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records
* Resolve problems and discrepancies from various regions within the company, utilizing shared mailboxes and work queues
* Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems
* Monitor and track records, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) to perform data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts
* Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High School Diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Healthcare industry experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
