The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in managing complex customer environments and driving business transformation and migration efforts for enterprise clients.ResponsibilitiesDefine program success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired qualityCollaborate with senior customer leaders and NTNX services leaders to define the program governance (controls) in accordance with customer requirementsCoordinate and drive sub projects and work streams inclusive of their interdependenciesLead architects and resourcing team to schedule internal and external consulting resources to drive multiple work streamsDevelop detailed integrated project plans to put services in a logical order of operations, considering dependencies, predecessors, and successors while also utilizing the LOE to determine duration; monitoring and tracking progress with project plansManage the program scope, schedule, changes, costs and closeout using appropriate verification techniquesAnticipate and proactively resolve challenges to program budget and timelineMeasure program performance using appropriate tools and techniquesManage and track program issues, actions and risks accordinglyCommunicating progress both internally and externallyManaging the relationship with the client and all internal and external stakeholdersUtilize client facing status meetings to manage customer expectations, escalate issues and risks, and drive program activities forwardDevelop client program status reports and distribute on regular intervalsInternally forecast program revenue accurately on a quarterly basis and regularly maintain configurable within system of recordCreate and maintain comprehensive program documentationCollaborate with project managers worldwide to improve PM efficiencyFoster relationships with clients enabling future account salesExpertise in multiple project dashboard creation and presentation to all levels of stakeholders and management including executive and C level leadershipManage Customer satisfaction by ensuring world class project deliveryManaging stakeholders' communication and develop appropriate communication plans, report and escalate to management as neededProvide Nutanix PS Consulting large program and project opportunity pre-sales support including, but not limited to, determining the appropriate PMO roles and level of effort (LOE) required to deliver the scope successfully, identifying and addressing key risks, and managing and communicating effective throughout the pre-sales support processSkillsA minimum of 8 years of experience in a Program Management role in a professional services organizationDeep experience with managing complex programs comprised of a variety of hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms and platform integrationsExceptional organizational skills including ability to plan, attention to detail, facilitation, time management, leadership and multitasking skillsAbility to work with clients and stakeholders to identify business objectives and align program deliverables to themAbility to align the deliverables (outputs) to the program's outcomeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProven ability to problem solve and be dynamic in complex situationsSelf-starter with intense drive for improvement and delivering resultsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project planning toolsProficient with Agile project managementExperience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projectsExternal customer-facing management experience (including partners)Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services)Experience managing multiple programs, projects, and clients in parallel is requiredAbility to adopt new processes and toolsPMP requiredWorking knowledge with tools like NetSuite and Salesforce a plusPgMP preferredBenefitsSign-on bonusRestricted stock unitsDiscretionary awardsA full range of medical benefitsFinancial benefitsOther benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave)Remote working environmentHybrid work arrangement with onsite work minimum of 3 days per week in certain locationsUp to 30% travelWorkplace flexibilityCompany OverviewNutanix is a cloud software company that provides infrastructure and management platforms for private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
