The role involves supporting executive reporting, business performance tracking, and managing Monthly Business Reviews while partnering with senior leaders to drive business insights.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), reporting cycles, and business performance reviewsTrack and analyze KPIs, business metrics, and performance trends across multiple functionsPartner with business leaders and LOB owners to gather, validate, and consolidate reporting inputsInterpret data and develop actionable insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and business trendsCreate executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and leadership reporting materialsSupport forecasting, target setting, budgeting inputs, and performance tracking activitiesDrive reporting accuracy, consistency, and data quality across multiple sourcesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting deadlines and deliverables are metMaintain reporting templates, documentation, and operational processesIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimizationSkills5–11 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Analytics, Reporting, or related functionsStrong experience supporting MBRs, ROB processes, executive reporting, or business reviewsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insightsStrong business acumen and understanding of KPI-driven environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skillsExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teamsExperience with Power BI or similar reporting toolsExposure to forecasting, budgeting, financial tracking, or operational planningExperience working within large enterprise or matrixed organizationsFamiliarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, or AI-enabled reporting solutionsCompany OverviewIFG is a global professional services firm providing customized human capital solutions on a managed, outsourced, project, project-to-hire, contingent and retained full-time search basis.
