**Key Responsibilities**

As a Chat Support Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in providing world-class support to our customers through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Customer Interaction**: Provide timely and efficient assistance to customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries regarding products, services, and patient support initiatives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
