[Remote] Program Analyst

FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to serve as a technical lead supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The role involves managing and ensuring the accuracy of real property data systems, advising government staff on data compliance, and maintaining system access and roles.ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical focal point and lead for the assigned real property system of record (GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, GIS, or others assigned by task order)Collect, create, enter, analyze, edit, maintain, and report data within the assigned system of recordReview data against audit regulations and support audit readiness and compliancePerform data quality checks and validate records for accuracyAdvise Government staff on data relationships across real property IT systems and how they affect audit compliance and space planningObtain and maintain required system access and roles (for GFEBS, the five named roles)SkillsAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the DoD real property systems of record we support — GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, or GIS — including their underlying modulesExperience must be recent — gained within the last 2 years, with the past 12 months preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and database managementGFEBS support: This role requires specific GFEBS system access permissions ('roles').
