Requirements:
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish (or Creole) required
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-Focused: Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills with a willingness to learn new applications
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (eligibility experience preferred)
Education: Associate's degree preferred
