The Professional Services Consultant will work directly with customers to design and deliver solutions that enhance data reliability and usability, while also influencing the platform's growth through customer insights.ResponsibilitiesWork with customers and partners to design, implement, roll-out, audit, and improve Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management solutions that leverage the Ataccama platform for our customers’ business benefitsInteract with customers’ data governance, data management, engineering, and business teams to translate their requirements into smart solution designs and provide them with expert consulting around the Ataccama platformPrepare solution sketches, technical and architecture designs, technical specifications, and agile prototypes as well as provide training and onboarding to Ataccama customers and partnersContribute to making our software even better by sharing experiences from real-life projects with our product managers and developersConfigure Ataccama solutions, integrate them into customer applications and data management landscapes, test, document, and tune them to meet customer performance and functional requirementsAct as a trusted advisor to our customers and as a subject matter expertShare project feedback with product and engineering teamsSkillsRecent hands-on experience in one or more data management disciplines such as Data Quality, Data Management, Digital Transformation Software, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Databases, Extract Transform Load (ETL), Data Migrations, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Lakes, Big Data, or Cloud EcosystemsExperience with AI tools and conceptsHands-on data management and relational database skills with advanced level of SQLExposure/experience in XML, SOAP/REST/JSONExposure/experience in Python or other programming languagesAre passionate about data management and AI-driven innovationHave been exposed to diverse software technologies and data processing environments. Hands-on experience with a particular technology (DQ or MDM) is a mustHave experience in customer-facing or consulting roles such as technical consultant, software consultant/architect, or services presalesA go-getter who likes to make things happen.
