[Remote] Product Owner – Digital Asset Management (DAM)

This role involves leading the governance and optimization of enterprise DAM capabilities, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective management of digital assets.ResponsibilitiesOwn and prioritize the DAM product roadmap and backlogGather, define, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable DAM solutionsLead discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and solution planning activitiesEstablish and maintain DAM governance, metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and asset lifecycle processesDrive DAM platform enhancements, implementations, migrations, and optimization initiativesCollaborate with Agile delivery teams throughout planning, development, testing, and release cyclesSupport integrations between DAM and enterprise platforms including CMS, PIM, ecommerce, marketing, and creative systemsDefine KPIs and reporting to measure adoption, asset usage, search effectiveness, and operational performanceLead user adoption, training, governance, and change management effortsSkills8+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Marketing Operations, Content Operations, or related fieldsProven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, DAM Lead, or similar role supporting enterprise platformsStrong expertise in DAM governance, metadata management, taxonomy design, asset lifecycle management, and content operationsHands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM Assets) or a comparable enterprise DAM platformExperience leading DAM implementations, migrations, platform enhancements, or digital transformation initiativesStrong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, user story development, and Agile delivery methodologiesExperience facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to drive governance, adoption, training, and organizational change initiativesExperience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsKnowledge of content supply chain processes and enterprise content operationsExperience integrating DAM platforms with CMS, PIM, ecommerce, marketing automation, analytics, and creative toolsAgile, Scrum, Product Owner, Adobe, or related certificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related disciplineCompany OverviewExpert recruitment, powered by a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
