IT Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join the PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development team. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to completion.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, as well as at least three years of professional experience in IT project management and/or software development. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, software development life cycles, and industry best practices. A proven track record of successful project delivery and strong leadership skills are also essential. The ability to analyze complex data sets and effectively communicate results is a must.The right person for this role will be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
Monitor and track progress of projects to ensure timely completion.
Develop project management plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
Lead team meetings to discuss objectives, progress, and issues.
Create and implement project processes and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members.
Resolve conflicts between team members.
Analyze complex data sets and effectively communicate results.
Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors.
Identify and address potential risks and project issues.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
