They are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support their Advanced Visualization and Artificial Intelligence portfolio, focusing on customer engagement, product adoption, and workflow optimization.ResponsibilitiesDelivering compelling product demonstrations, both onsite and remotely, for customers, prospects, and industry events, showcasing the value of syngo.via and AI-Rad Companion solutionsSupporting sales activities by serving as a clinical and technical subject matter expert throughout the customer engagement processPartnering with customers to understand clinical workflows, operational challenges, and imaging needs while recommending appropriate solution strategiesTranslating customer clinical requirements into solution recommendations, quotes, proposals, and business casesServing as the Voice of the Customer by gathering market feedback, identifying customer needs, and partnering with Product Management to drive future product enhancementsSupporting customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement to maximize clinical and operational valueProviding clinical expertise and content support for marketing collateral, customer presentations, webinars, and educational initiativesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and share best practices that improve deployment, utilization, and customer successStaying current on emerging trends in advanced visualization, artificial intelligence, radiology workflows, and clinical imaging technologiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related fieldARRT certification or equivalent clinical imaging credentialExperience working in radiology, advanced visualization, post-processing, or clinical imaging environmentsStrong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel throughout the assigned territoryExperience with advanced visualization and post-processing platforms, including syngo.via, TeraRecon, Vitrea, AW Workstation, Philips IntelliSpace Portal, or similar solutionsExperience with AI-enabled radiology solutions, clinical decision support tools, or imaging informatics platformsPrior experience supporting product demonstrations, sales support, clinical applications, product marketing, or customer success activitiesKnowledge of radiology workflows across CT, MR, PET/CT, and advanced imaging applicationsResidence within the Northeast or Central United States preferredBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insurancePaid parking/public transportationPaid time offPaid sick and safe timeCommission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
