[Remote] Product Manager, Video Telematics & Application Platform

The Product Manager, Video Telematics & Application Platform will drive the development of video-based safety solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and lifecycle management.ResponsibilitiesLead customer discovery efforts by engaging with users to understand how video telematics solutions are applied today, translating insights into prioritized product requirementsOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and delivery of scalable software solutionsConduct market and competitive research to identify trends, validate opportunities, and position differentiated solutions within a competitive landscapeDefine and manage the product backlog for VisionAI and Safety applications, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needsPartner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative video-based applications and featuresEnable go-to-market success by supporting marketing, sales, and customer success teams with product knowledge, positioning, and trainingDevelop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and internal resources to ensure global team readinessSupport product launches, updates, and end-of-life processes, including pricing, packaging, and system updatesCollaborate with global stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and technology partners, to ensure alignment and successful product adoptionSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification5+ years of experience in software or SaaS product managementProven success leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software productsStrong technical background with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teamsIn-depth knowledge of video-based applications, including software platforms and AI-driven capabilitiesExperience with computer vision, video analytics, telematics, or IoT solutionsExperience enabling service delivery for video-based solutionsDemonstrated success driving customer adoption through collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teamsCompany OverviewPowerfleet (Nasdaq: AIOT; JSE: PWR; TASE: PWFL) is a global leader in the artificial intelligence of things (AIoT) software-as-a-service (SaaS) mobile asset industry.
