Key Responsibilities
• Deliver year-on-year sales growth across the full product range within assigned accounts
• Conduct prospecting activities, sales calls, and product training with customers
• Provide customer support, analysis, and cost-saving recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop new machining techniques
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and channel partners
• Implement local sales and industry segment development strategies
• Identify and promote the complete service offering through strategic customer contacts
• Provide market intelligence on customers, distributors, and competitors
Must-Haves
• Thorough understanding of metal cutting manufacturing processes
• Deep knowledge of cutting tool applications, ideally with 5-axis machine centre experience
• Solid product knowledge and understanding of Value Selling concepts
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with excellent communication abilities
• Independent, self-directed, and results-oriented approach
• Proven CRM system experience and customer service excellence
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• HNC or HND in production/mechanical engineering
Nice-to-Haves
• Engineering background from motorsport industry experience
• Proven sales experience within the metal cutting industry
• Ability to develop new business and manage territory expansion
