As a Product Manager for Salesforce & Internal Platforms, you will own the strategy and execution for product and operational workflows, driving outcomes for various stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead modernization efforts across operational workflows and internal platforms, including systems built within or integrated with SalesforceHelp evolve the Salesforce ecosystem thoughtfully β evaluating when Salesforce is the right solution for workflow orchestration versus when alternative architectural or platform approaches are better suitedOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from vision and roadmap through delivery, launch, and iterationDefine and articulate a clear product vision aligned to company strategy, operational scalability, and measurable business outcomesPartner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Data, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand problems and shape scalable solutionsDefine product requirements, write clear user stories, and prioritize the backlog based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainabilityPartner with Engineering and Architecture teams to improve platform scalability, reduce operational complexity, and create sustainable long-term technical solutionsDrive cross-functional alignment and execution to ensure roadmap commitments are delivered with quality, clarity, and measurable impactUse qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, measure product performance, and continuously improve outcomesCommunicate product strategy, trade-offs, roadmap updates, risks, and launch plans to stakeholders and leadershipInfluence without authority across teams, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused product cultureSkills5+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product areasExperience working closely with Salesforce platforms and cross-functional CRM or operational workflow teamsStrong understanding of workflow orchestration, process automation, and the tradeoffs of using Salesforce as both a CRM and an operational workflow platformDemonstrated ability to independently drive product strategy and execution in operationally complex environmentsStrong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to connect customer experience, operational workflows, data architecture, and technical platform decisionsAbility to partner effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams on scalable approaches for integrations, data models, and operational systems designStrong stakeholder management and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience operating as a senior individual contributor within Agile development environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term product and platform strategyStrong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive prioritization and decision-makingA track record of delivering user-centered, high-impact solutionsAdvanced English fluency, both written and verbalExperience in health insurance or other regulated industriesExperience with Network, Insurance Product, CRM, and Sales Enablement workflowsExperience with Salesforce ecosystem modernization and operational workflow transformationExperience with Claims, Payment Integrity, Enrollment & Eligibility, and Financial SystemsExperience with Digital Platforms β Member, Broker, and Employer ServicesExperience with operational data platforms, systems integrations, or workflow automationBenefits100% remoteExceptional opportunities for career growthWork with stellar clients on ambitious projectsCompany OverviewLumenalta is a software and app development company that creates unique digital transformation solutions using innovative technology.
