[Remote] Associate, Transaction Advisory Services

The Transaction Advisory Associate will conduct Quality of Earnings analyses, support M&A transactions, and collaborate with clients to provide financial insights. Responsibilities Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities Assess working capital, net debt, and other key deal metrics Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports and executive summaries Assist in the preparation of data books, data room management, and client deliverables Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and validate financial data Support valuation analysis and transaction structuring as needed Participate in client meetings and calls to present findings and insights Assist with business development efforts, including proposal writing and pitch materials Stay current on industry trends, accounting standards, and M&A market activity Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, audit, or financial due diligence Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license is required CPA or progress toward CPA preferred CFA, ASA, MST a plus Experience with data room platforms is a plus Benefits 8 health plan options (both HMO & PPO plans) Dental and vision coverage Opportunity to enroll in HSA with potential Firm contribution Employee Assistance Program Firm-sponsored basic life and short and long-term disability coverage 401(k) savings plan & profit share as well as Firm matching contribution Well-being incentive Education & certification assistance Flexible time off Family care leave Parental leave Family formation benefits Cell phone reimbursement Travel rewards Critical illness & accident insurance Hospital indemnity insurance Legal Long-term care Pet insurance ID theft protection Supplemental life/AD&D Company Overview Wipfli LLP is one of the top 20 accounting and consulting firms.
