[Remote] Product Manager II - Communications Center Automation

The Product Manager II will streamline workflows for non-emergency and emergency phone calls, owning the delivery of product strategy and managing the backlog to ensure leading industry standards.ResponsibilitiesDefine the product's vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needsClearly articulate the business case and customer value for each initiative or featureServe as the recognized subject matter expert on the product, the market, and the competitive landscapeTranslate product strategy into actionable plans, determining what to build and when to release itBuild and maintain a detailed development roadmap for internal teams and a high-level roadmap for executives and customersGather input from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to shape the roadmapPartner with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets market needs and quality standardsCollect and curate ideas from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders for the backlogPrioritize features by balancing user value, development effort, time to market, and competitive differentiationTrack and evaluate product performance including feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and churn/renewal driversRun trials, pilots, and MVPs to validate assumptions before broader launchesPerform ongoing market and competitor researchCollaborate internally with engineering, sales, marketing, partner success, support, implementation, finance, legal, and the leadership teamEngage externally with customers, end-users, and partners to gather feedback and ensure the product meets real-world needsPromote the product through training, sales enablement, webinars, and direct customer interactionsSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related fieldAdvanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO) are a plusA minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a Product Management roleProven experience overseeing elements of the product development lifecycleStrong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or KanbanExperience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similarHighly effective cross-functional team collaboration skillsExceptional writing and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with Aha!
