[Remote] Product Manager - Endpoint Management

They are looking for a Product Manager to join their Endpoint Management Product team, focusing on enhancing core platform capabilities and driving product direction through collaboration with engineering and design teams.ResponsibilitiesHelp define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities, ensuring we continue to lead the market in functionality, usability, innovation and flexibilityContribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap. Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make trade-offs that deliver the most value to customers and the businessDrive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, configuration models, and other foundational capabilities used across the platformWork closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery, ensuring features are well-defined, usable, and solve real customer problemsEngage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand how endpoint management is used in practice. Translate those insights into product improvements and new capabilitiesWrite clear product requirements, define workflows and edge cases, and ensure features are delivered to a high standard.
