[Remote] Product Manager - Endpoint Management

They are looking for a Product Manager to join their Endpoint Management Product team, focusing on enhancing core platform capabilities and driving product direction through collaboration with engineering and design teams.ResponsibilitiesHelp define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities, ensuring we continue to lead the market in functionality, usability, innovation and flexibilityContribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap. Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make trade-offs that deliver the most value to customers and the businessDrive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, configuration models, and other foundational capabilities used across the platformWork closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery, ensuring features are well-defined, usable, and solve real customer problemsEngage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand how endpoint management is used in practice. Translate those insights into product improvements and new capabilitiesWrite clear product requirements, define workflows and edge cases, and ensure features are delivered to a high standard. Iterate based on feedback and usage dataEnsure core platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas to build on top of them effectivelyOther duties as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team2+ years of Strong Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or IT management productsSolid background in operating systems or system administration, such as: Windows, macOS, or Linux administrationEndpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scriptingExperience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused rolesDeep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environmentsComfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts without needing to write production codeProven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedbackStrong written and verbal communication skillsData-informed decision maker who balances customer needs, product quality, and business prioritiesAble to influence and align stakeholders without formal authorityExperience working in a collaborative, multi-PM environment is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planUnlimited PTOLife insurance coverageOpportunity for growth and advancementHybrid remoteCompany OverviewNinjaOne serves as an IT platform for endpoint management that enhances productivity, minimizes risks, and lowers overall IT expenses.
