The role involves leading the technical design, implementation, and support for the project while collaborating with various stakeholders and managing system integrations.ResponsibilitiesServe as the Technical Lead for the School Based Services EHR implementation projectCollaborate with DVHA, Agency of Digital Services (ADS), Agency of Education (AOE), Local Education Agencies, EHR vendors, and project stakeholdersLead technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support activitiesOversee data migration efforts and ensure successful transition of legacy dataManage system integrations and interfaces between the EHR platform and external applicationsSupport Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologiesEvaluate technical solutions and provide recommendations aligned with project goalsPartner with vendors to troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, and drive resolutionsCoordinate release planning, deployment activities, and go-live supportIdentify, assess, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and technical debtEnsure solution quality, scalability, security, and operational readinessSupport creation and review of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer activitiesParticipate in project governance meetings and provide technical updates to leadershipMentor technical team members and promote best practices throughout the project lifecycleSkillsProven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Lead, Solutions Lead, or similar role on large-scale enterprise projectsExperience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations or healthcare technology initiativesStrong background in enterprise application architecture, integrations, and system implementationExperience leading data migration and system interface initiativesKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experienceAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience identifying and mitigating technical risks and implementation challengesExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsState Government or Public Sector project experienceHealthcare, Medicaid, Health & Human Services, or Education sector experienceExperience with EHR interoperability and healthcare data exchange standardsExperience working with multi-vendor implementation environmentsKnowledge of large-scale system modernization initiativesCompany OverviewMy3Tech is a company which provides IT Solutions and Services (Consulting & Staffing) to both Public and Private sectors.
