The Imaging Education Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle management of the Education & Workforce Solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment between product offerings and market needs while collaborating with various teams to drive successful product launches and performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product lifecycle management for assigned EWS education portfolio offerings, from concept through commercialization and ongoing optimizationTranslate EWS leadership strategy into actionable product roadmaps and deliverablesLead Price Book strategy and governance, ensuring accurate pricing, bundling, and margin optimizationDrive CPQ alignment, ensuring education products are properly configured for quoting, ordering, and sales executionPartner closely with Clinical Practices and Education Business Managers to align offerings with market needs and delivery capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle performanceEnsure education solutions are standardized, scalable, and aligned to go-to-market strategiesMonitor product performance and identify opportunities for portfolio improvement, expansion, or rationalizationAct as a central point of coordination between strategy, commercial execution, and operational deliverySkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, education, life sciences, or a related field5+ years of experience in product management, commercial operations, pricing, education portfolio management, or a related fieldExperience working with Price Books, product structures, parts management, and/or CPQ systemsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, commercial, operational, and technical stakeholdersStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing complex portfolios across multiple product lines or modalitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in medical imaging, healthcare education, clinical applications, or healthcare technologyFamiliarity with imaging modalities such as CT, MR, XR, MI, Ultrasound, or Imaging ITUnderstanding of education business models, service offerings, and commercial sales processesExperience supporting pricing strategy, SKU rationalization, or quote configuration processesAbility to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organizationExperience with product lifecycle management and commercial systems integrationBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insuranceLong-term and short-term disability insurancePaid parking/public transportationPaid time offPaid sick and safe timeCommission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
