They are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of the Automated Compliance Engine, focusing on delivering onchain compliance and policy enforcement across financial institutions and DeFi protocols.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Chainlink’s Automated Compliance EngineLaunch and scale ACE to broad market adoption across asset issuers and DeFi protocolsEnable compliant issuance, identity management, and policy enforcement for onchain financial products across multiple jurisdictionsDrive adoption of CLL product stack by embedding complementary Chainlink offerings, including CRE and CCIP, into a unified compliance platformEstablish Chainlink as the default infrastructure provider for onchain compliance and identity at institutional scaleSkills3-6 years of demonstrated experience building onchain compliance products from 0→1 as a product managerLed or owned digital asset products spanning both traditional financial institutions and DeFi protocolsDeep, applied understanding of regulatory requirements for digital assets across multiple global jurisdictionsExperience operating with end-to-end product ownership, including strategy, roadmap definition, and executionProven ability to partner closely with engineering teams on technically complex, blockchain-based systemsTrack record of representing product vision and progress with senior customer and executive stakeholdersExperience designing or leading a multi-product platform strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsTechnical depth across blockchain infrastructure that enables effective collaboration with teams working on CCIP, data products, or compliance primitivesHistory of acting as a product evangelist, aligning internal teams and external partners around a complex, multi-stakeholder visionExposure to scaling Web3 or fintech platforms with compliance-aware modules such as AML, KYC, or auditabilityCompany OverviewChainlink Labs provides open-source blockchain oracle solutions and specializes in the development and integration of chainlink.
