Write user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, API documentation, release notes, and technical diagrams. Collaborate closely with development, product, QA, and support teams to understand complex technical features and processes. Standardize and structure documentation following best practices for usability and readability. Continuously update documentation based on new product versions, user feedback, or technical changes. Participate in content reviews and coordinate approval workflows with technical and business teams.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in technical environments (e.g., software, SaaS, DevOps, cloud). Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish. Experience documenting REST APIs, technical architectures, data flows, or complex systems. Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Notion, Swagger/OpenAPI, Git, or documentation platforms like ReadTheDocs. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
