[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager will oversee the strategy and lifecycle management of workforce management and compliance solutions, managing a diverse product family and mentoring a Product Owner.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Growth: Own the lifecycle, long-term strategy, and revenue growth for all post-graduate "Professional" productsMedality Compliance: Coordinate partner testing cycles, manage feature enhancements, and lead platform integrations (e.g., CredentialStream, external CME providers)Vendor / Partner Relationships: Maintain and form new key relationships with industry partners and vendors to deliver the products and solutions our customers needJob Boards & Recruitment: Scale active user metrics and other engagement KPIs, use data to iterate on new pricing and packaging ideas, and drive cross-functional alignment for upcoming recruitment initiativesEditorial & CME Support: Project manage launch timelines and product tasks for upcoming content expansions and ACCME accreditation, aligning value propositions with marketing and sales enablementGo To Market Support: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure our products are rolled out smoothly and successfully adopted by customersECommerce & Billing: Facilitate requirements for account setup, checkout flows, and sub-billing workflows across the ecosystem using core platform tools (e.g., Chargebee)People Management: Directly supervise, coach, and mentor a Product Owner to guide their daily feature execution and support their long-term career growthSkills2-5 years of direct experience as a Full Time, Permanent (non-contract) Product ManagerProven ability to lead people: This can be through direct management or a clear history of mentoring and developing teammatesAnalytical & Strategic Thinking: Data-first approach to daily work. Proven capability to look at product lines holistically, using metrics to balance long-term strategic plans against near-term feature backlogsCross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of partnering closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and content editorial teamsDetail-Oriented & Adaptable: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
