Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pavago is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end product experience across web and mobile applications. This role involves UX research, product thinking, UI design, and building design systems to enhance user experience and engagement.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysisTranslate insights into personas, journey maps, workflows, and user flowsIdentify friction points and recommend UX improvementsUse analytics tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude to support product decisionsDesign wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfacesCreate responsive experiences across web and mobile platformsBuild polished UI experiences aligned with modern SaaS standardsUse Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to deliver production-ready designsBuild and maintain scalable design systems and component librariesDefine UI standards for typography, colors, spacing, and interaction patternsEnsure consistency across all product surfaces and featuresImprove collaboration between design and engineering teamsDesign accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standardsEnsure usability across devices, browsers, and screen sizesCreate intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that reduce friction and improve engagementRun A/B tests on layouts, user flows, and interaction patternsAnalyze user behavior and improve conversion, retention, and engagementIterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, and usability findingsWork closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycleDeliver developer-ready assets using Figma Dev Mode or ZeplinProvide clear interaction specs, design documentation, and UI guidanceSkills2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing: UX problem-solving, Product thinking, UI execution, Responsive design workProficiency with: Figma, Adobe XD, SketchExperience creating: User flows, Wireframes, Interactive prototypes, Design systemsStrong understanding of: UX principles, Accessibility, Usability testing, Responsive designExperience designing: SaaS products, Consumer applications, Enterprise softwareExperience with scalable design systemsBasic front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptFamiliarity with: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Product analytics toolsCompany OverviewPavago - Thinking Globally to Grow Locally 🌍 Welcome to Pavago, where the world is your talent pool.
