Freelance Social Media Content Creator

About the Role Center for Change is seeking a creative and motivated freelance Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is a freelance position and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content that highlights our mission, programs, and community. This role includes the need for onsite work at our facility in Orem Utah and is not a remote position. Responsibilities & Scope of Work • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms. • Photography: Capture candid, high-quality photos of events, staff, and CFC life to highlight our programs and culture. • Videography: Create short-form video content for social media, including interviews, behind-the-scenes features, and program spotlights. • Editing: Edit photos and videos for polish and consistency with brand style. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Director to align content with ongoing campaigns and organizational goals. Qualifications • Experience in social media content creation, photography, and video editing. • Ability to plan, organize, and execute a content calendar. • Strong eye for detail and creativity in storytelling. • Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Time Commitment • Approximately 2 - 4 hours per week (flexible scheduling). Candidate must reside in Utah and be able to easily travel to Center for Change in Orem to film content and capture photos. Compensation • To be discussed, based on experience and scope of work.
