[Remote] Product Designer (UX/UI) | $70/hr Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a contract position. The role involves designing user experiences and interfaces for various digital platforms, focusing on AI-driven products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across various digital platforms
ā¢ Evaluate the usability and functionality of AI-driven products, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement
ā¢ Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces
ā¢ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions
ā¢ Document and communicate design decisions clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally
ā¢ Participate in the iterative design and evaluation process, incorporating data-driven insights and user feedback
Skills
ā¢ Have a proven track record as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and/or mobile applications
ā¢ Possess expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
ā¢ Have a deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies
ā¢ Be able to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly to evolving requirements
ā¢ Be familiar with accessible and inclusive design principles
