[Remote] Product Delivery Manager

The Product Delivery Manager will ensure deliverables are met, facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate with international engineering and vendor partners while maintaining program status updates and identifying opportunities for process improvement.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and help facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in collaboration with internal teams and external partnersAssist in risk identification, and mitigation; escalate blockers in a timely mannerHelp develop and maintain program schedules, task tracking, and milestone alignment using established templates and toolsCoordinate with international engineering, manufacturing, and vendor partners, with occasional flexibility in work hours to support global time zonesContribute to Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Design Validation Testing (DVT), and Product Validation Testing (PVT) phases, including release planning, validation tracking, and communicationSupport alignment and integration between hardware development timelines and companion mobile application developmentMaintain program status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders, including regular updates to leadershipIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to PMO tools and template enhancementsAssist with go-to-market activities such as launch readiness reviews and coordination of sales and marketing materialsSkillsBachelor's degree3-5 years of experience in a Technical Program Management, Project Management, or related coordination role, with exposure to: Consumer electronics, smart hardware, or connected device development; Embedded systems and/or mobile/IoT application integration; Cross-functional delivery involving hardware and software componentsExperience working with OEM/ODM partners (domestic or international) is highly desirablePMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalentStrong proficiency with program management and collaboration tools such as the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft TeamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to influence without direct authority and build collaborative relationships across teams and geographiesSolid organizational skills, attention to detail, and composure under pressureWillingness to work non-standard hours for global coordination and to travel internationally as neededPassion for delivering innovative, customer-centric productsUnderstanding of regulatory compliance and product certification processesHybrid position.
