The Procurement Consultant role focuses on leading transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain workflows for Fortune 1000 organizations, utilizing AI-driven operating models to modernize core processes.ResponsibilitiesLead process discovery, decomposition, and transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain workflowsDefine future-state processes and operational best practices aligned with AI-enabled automation strategiesAssess enterprise process maturity, data quality, workflow gaps, and AI readinessCollaborate with AI engineering and product teams to operationalize agentic AI workflows within procurement and supply chain functionsLead change management, user adoption, and organizational transition activitiesEngage directly with client leadership teams to drive transformation roadmaps and measurable business outcomesSkills8–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supply chain advisory/consulting rolesStrong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms and enterprise procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, S4/HANA, Oracle, Coupa, and JAGGAERDemonstrated experience in process consulting, workflow transformation, process mining/discovery, and enterprise data assessment initiativesExperience advising procurement or supply chain organizations within large manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or energy companies is strongly preferredHands on work experience in business process management (BPM), digital transformation programs, and AI-enabled enterprise transformation initiativesStrong ownership mindset with a high standard for quality, accountability, and execution.
