The Principal Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market story for Harness Continuous Delivery, driving messaging, competitive positioning, and sales enablement while influencing the product roadmap with customer insights.ResponsibilitiesOwn the category positioning for Harness Continuous Delivery and GitOpsDefine messaging, value props, and competitive differentiationPartner with Product to bring customer and market insights directly into roadmap decisionsRepresent the product in CABs, QBRs, and analyst briefings to ensure the voice of the customer is heardBuild playbooks, AI bots, training, and competitive battlecards that help the field winSupport high-stakes opportunities with product and persona expertiseAbility to jump on a call at the last minute to demo the product for a prospect and help sales win the next meetingIdentify and write compelling customer success stories that highlight business outcomesPartner with Sales on win/loss analysis and pipeline insights to sharpen GTM executionDevelop thought-leadership assets, including blogs, briefs, videos, presentations, and campaignsRepresent Harness at webinars, conferences, and in customer-facing conversationsRecruit and prepare customer speakers for summits and eventsPerform funnel analysis to uncover optimization opportunities and drive adoptionLead win/loss and competitive intelligence to keep Harness sharp against market trendsGather and synthesize customer/market feedback to improve messaging and influence product strategySkills8+ years in product marketing or a technical role (product management, solutions engineering, architecture)Strong foundation in the software delivery lifecycle.
