You will drive how we evolve from plant-specific manual interventions to an autonomous, network-wide optimization engine that handles massive scale and complexityCross-Functional Influence & Alignment: As a Principal PM, you will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations. You will build consensus among senior plant leaders and global fulfillment executives, translating deep technical constraints into clear, high-impact business outcomesBridge Digital Logic and Physical Reality: This is a technical product role. You will translate complex mathematical constraints (labor pools, machine changeovers, batching, and ganging logic) into scalable APIs and intuitive UI workflows (ScheduleCore). You will ensure that our digital "plan" is actually executable on the factory floorDeliver for Real-World Manufacturing: You’ll be directly involved in adoption of Comet Planning in major facilities across the Cimpress network.
