[Remote] Principal Product Manager

They are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to lead product innovation and strategy for their software and hardware product line, focusing on aligning product development with market demands and customer needs.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the TrueNAS product line, ensuring it aligns with the company's vision and market demandsLead cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service, to define and deliver high-quality products that provide competitive advantages and drive revenue while meeting customer needs and strategic business objectivesEngage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather product feedback and identify new opportunities for innovation and growthMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to inform product development and positioningCollaborate with the engineering team to scope and prioritize product roadmaps, based on customer needs, market trends, and business prioritiesWork closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, pricing, and messaging that resonate with target audiencesOversee the product lifecycle management process from concept to phase-out.
