[Remote] Revenue Operations Supervisor

This role is critical in supporting the financial operations of the Cyber Incident Response business, overseeing invoicing processes, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation, review, and submission of outgoing invoices for the Cyber Incident Response businessEnsure accuracy in billing rates, volumes, contract terms, and supporting documentationMaintain a strong quality control process to reduce errors and reworkServe as the primary point of contact for client questions regarding invoices, billing structures, and supporting detailsInvestigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams such as Project Management, Finance, and Review ManagementDeliver clear, professional communication that enhances client confidence and satisfactionPartner with Cyber PMs, Cyber RMs, Billing Analysts, Contracts, and other corporate teams to streamline invoice preparation and approval workflowsSupport onboarding of new specialized or custom billing requirementsDevelop, maintain, and refine revenue forecasts for the Cyber Incident Response business, using invoice data, project pipelines, and historical trendsProvide regular reporting and insights to leadership regarding expected revenue, variances, trends, and risksCollaborate with internal resources to ensure forecasting accuracy and alignment with operational expectationsAssist in designing and executing transformational projects aimed at improving invoicing speed, accuracy, scalability, and transparencyIdentify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, workflow redesign, and improvements to financial reportingContribute to business cases and requirements for futureāstate invoicing tools and platformsProvide guidance, coaching, and support to team members engaged in the invoicing processHelp develop and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and training materialsSkills3ā5+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, revenue operations, financial coordination, or a related discipline; experience in cyber, technology, insurance, or managed services preferredStrong understanding of invoicing workflows, financial controls, and revenue processesDemonstrated experience using data to support forecasting, reporting, or operational planningExcellent analytical, problemāsolving, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExceptional communication skills, including client-facing experienceExperience in Cyber Incident Response, eDiscovery, or other service models with variable timeābased billingFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), timeātracking systems, and billing platformsExperience with process improvement initiatives or transformation programsAbility to translate complex billing structures into clear, actionable information for internal and external stakeholdersCompany OverviewEpiq Systems provides legal process outsourcing (LPO) services in the United States and internationally.
